In accordance with the specifications of the online registration, the abstracts for contributions to scientific sessions are referred to the subject-specific reviewers. Subsequently, the program committee will establish the final Climate Day program.
For the conference proceedings the abstracts are consistently formatted. Hence the online portal provides no formatting options. Abstract length must adhere to a minimum of 3,000 and must not exceed 5,500 characters, including spaces. This corresponds to the predetermined length of the contributions in the conference proceedings. A respective character limit applies in the online registration portal. Note that the proceedings volume will be printed in black-and-white. Please render your illustrations accordingly. If possible, please submit abstracts in German, although also English-language abstracts will be accepted.
Presentation length for papers is 15 minutes.
Papers are to be presented in German.
After the Climate Day, papers can be published on the Climate Day website.
Participants who wish to present a poster at Climate Day are requested to provide accepted posters in the respective format and hang them in the designated place. The necessary material will be provided.
Poster format: DIN A0 portrait
NEW! At the 2016 Climate Day, scientific posters will be integrated in the paper sessions. The posters will be thematically matched with respective sessions.
